Description

  • Shape the product strategy and roadmap for observability and business process monitoring.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve visibility into automation performance, health, and data flow across the platform.
  • Lead the development of capabilities that connect Make to observability and alerting ecosystems.
  • Drive AI-augmented product practices to accelerate discovery, synthesis, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with an Engineering Manager and Product Designer on discovery, experimentation, and delivery.
  • Translate usage data, support signals, and direct customer engagement into actionable product decisions.
  • Champion a customer-first perspective in product planning and execution.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by shipping iteratively and learning quickly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, with a focus on continuous discovery and data-informed decision-making.
  • Understanding of observability concepts, including monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar to accelerate product workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical depth and business impact.
  • Understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation, integrations, or no-code platforms is a plus.
