Description

  • Support the development and execution of integrated campaign plans for national drive periods and tentpole events.
  • Create activation materials and planning content such as chapter toolkits.
  • Coordinate campaign activations across paid media, PSAs, in-kind media, and events.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on business objectives, revenue goals, asset needs, celebrity and influencer requests, and campaign priorities.
  • Translate campaign objectives into activation strategy recommendations across social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing.
  • Work with internal and external creative resources to develop and deliver campaign storytelling content, advertising, and PSAs.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Alliances on partner deliverables across owned channels and communicate with channel owners.
  • Resolve campaign prioritization conflicts and elevate issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with project management, creative services, and communications teams to meet deadlines and improve planning processes.
  • Conduct campaign reviews, collect performance data and feedback, and produce evaluation and reporting outputs such as post-campaign debriefs and PSA performance tracking.
  • Manage the collection and incorporation of chapter feedback on campaign resources and assets.
  • Support budgeting, billing, RFPs, and agency/vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations in a nonprofit, corporate, or agency setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a nonprofit setting, or equivalent experience managing a nonprofit partnership in a brand or agency setting, preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute projects.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix and integrated campaign development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with internal and external partners, chapters, and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to large cross-functional audiences, primarily in virtual settings and occasionally in person.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to turn data and information into meaningful reporting or action.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in partnership marketing is a plus.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; the organization does not sponsor employment visas.
  • Remote applicants must be based anywhere in the continental U.S.; hybrid applicants must be based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and outside normal business hours may be required.
  • Some U.S. travel is required, up to 10%.
