Description

  • Own end-to-end paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms as the primary DTC new-customer engine.
  • Direct agency and consultant resources, including briefs, creative testing roadmaps, audience strategy, and pacing.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand to develop performance-led creative and create feedback loops from testing to production.
  • Forecast and manage paid social budgets while owning CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and new-to-brand mix.
  • Own the paid social testing roadmap across formats, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and codify learnings across the team.
  • Own the management and execution of mid-funnel channels including podcast, influencer, and YouTube/OLV.
  • Manage external partners and build a creator and partnership roster aligned to brand and growth goals.
  • Lead measurement strategy across channels using MMM and MMT insights to inform planning, creative decisions, and incremental growth.
  • Provide strategic oversight of Amazon, including agency management across media, PDP optimization, forecasting, promotions, and operational execution.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop with the Sr. Director and Brand team, coordinating agencies, affiliates, creators, paid GMV ads, and Ops execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in paid media, paid acquisition, or growth marketing with direct channel ownership and budget accountability.
  • Deep hands-on experience driving paid social acquisition on Meta and TikTok for a CPG and DTC brand.
  • Experience at a CPG or DTC brand with omnichannel distribution preferred.
  • Operational fluency across performance and growth marketing channels, with familiarity in podcast, influencer, and YouTube/OLV.
  • Strong creative instincts for performance marketing, including writing briefs and partnering with Creative on production.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Amazon or TikTok Shop experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with measurement methodologies such as MMM, MMT, lift testing, attribution, and surveys is a bonus.
  • A passion for food, CPG, and the fast-evolving acquisition landscape.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
