Description

  • Run all paid Meta media for the program, including targeting, testing structure, pacing, and optimization decisions.
  • Develop acquisition angles, hooks, concepts, and direct-response copy for ads, VSLs, and book-a-call pages.
  • Own the performance of the account and diagnose whether issues are caused by the angle, hook, offer, or audience.
  • Research the market and translate buyer awareness and pain points into new creative angles.
  • Help own Instagram organic and YouTube organic strategy and scripting as part of the acquisition engine.
  • Run a weekly group coaching call for students and provide feedback on their B2B strategy.
  • Collaborate with founders, editors, and designers while bringing the brief and creative direction.
  • Explain why ads work to less experienced team members and contribute to coaching and education.

Requirements

  • Experience running B2B paid media at a high level, including national campaigns and six figures per month in spend.
  • Hands-on experience making media buying decisions inside the account.
  • Experience with B2B lead generation for agencies, coaching/info offers, or high-ticket services sold to businesses.
  • Deep expertise in Meta ads and the ability to interpret account data independently.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads, VSLs, and book-a-call pages.
  • Track record of creating original concepts and angles that produced results.
  • Ability to brief creative clearly and articulate a point of view on what is working in the market.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant media buying and creative work.
  • Ability to work 9am–6pm ET.
  • Must be located in the US or Canada.
  • Google Ads and YouTube Ads experience is preferred.
  • Experience using AI in your workflow is preferred.
  • Experience with organic content or building an audience is preferred.
