Description

  • Create on-brand creative for digital, retail, shopper marketing, social, email, web, paid media, sales materials, presentations, packaging, and related channels.
  • Extend the redesigned packaging into a broader visual expression for the brand.
  • Lead projects from kickoff through concepting, execution, feedback, production, and final delivery.
  • Help develop briefs, clarify creative direction, and solve ambiguous business needs.
  • Manage timelines, files, feedback, and deliverables with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Growth, Sales, Product, Operations, and external creative partners.
  • Support photography, illustration, video, rendering, and AI-assisted creative projects.
  • Prepare production-ready files and support packaging proofing, retouching, renders, and final assets.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality and project momentum.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–8 years of relevant professional design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand systems.
  • Experience creating work across digital and physical channels.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for social media, email marketing, paid media, and websites.
  • Strong design fundamentals, creative judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Organized file-management habits and the ability to work independently across multiple projects.
  • Packaging and print production experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in consumer, food and beverage, retail, lifestyle, wellness, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Motion, video, illustration, art direction, AI-supported creative tools, brand guidelines, design systems, or Asana experience is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
