Description

  • Take founder-written product notes and decompose them into epics, stories, and engineering-ready work items.
  • Build release plans with realistic dates and adjust them transparently as priorities or constraints change.
  • Write acceptance criteria for epics and define what release readiness and done look like.
  • Sign off on epics before release and ensure no epic ships without approval.
  • Make day-to-day prioritization calls within a release and decide what gets cut when trade-offs are needed.
  • Review the product every day, identify issues early, and route them to the appropriate engineer.
  • Run scrum ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Own the release process end-to-end, including cut, validation, shipping, and post-release review.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and engineering to keep the deployment pipeline clean and repeatable.
  • Surface blockers and risks early and document post-release outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company.
  • At least 3 years of experience building and shipping production software before moving into product.
  • Experience owning a product surface end-to-end from scope through ship to post-release iteration.
  • Strong written communication skills for acceptance criteria, release plans, scrum notes, decision docs, and retrospectives.
  • Ability to read Python comfortably and follow common languages such as Java, TypeScript, and SQL in reviews or design docs.
  • Comfortable participating in design reviews for distributed systems, agent orchestration, or data pipelines.
  • Comfortable working in a founder-led product environment where strategy comes from leadership and execution is owned by the PM.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Available to work with US business hours from India.
  • Preferred: experience in enterprise modernization domains such as mainframe, SAP, Oracle, or large Java/.NET estates, or in AI/agent orchestration products.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AWS production environments including EKS, ECS, Bedrock, and DynamoDB.
  • Preferred: exposure to regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or insurance and their release discipline.
  • Preferred: prior experience as the only or first Product Manager at a company.

Benefits

  • Equal opportunity employment practices.
  • Structured hiring process with pre-employment assessment, managerial interview, and HR discussion.
  • Opportunity to work on an enterprise modernization and AI agent platform.
  • Culture centered on decision-making, leadership, collaboration, and curiosity.
  • Clear ownership and accountability in a high-impact product role.
