Description

  • Conduct discovery interviews with clients and prospects both remotely and on site.
  • Coordinate solutions consultants’ field research and set discovery priorities.
  • Build and manage a practitioner panel across banks, VASPs, and regulators for structured interviews.
  • Translate customer and consultant findings into prioritized product and feature decisions, documenting the rationale.
  • Present CertiK products and services through demos, workshops, and tender presentations.
  • Join business development and consulting teams on client visits in the US and internationally.
  • Own roadmap discussions with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering.
  • Represent customer needs internally and defend prioritization decisions to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B product management experience, preferably in fintech, regtech, compliance software, or a regulated financial institution.
  • Experience with financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products.
  • Experience leading full product cycles from discovery through launch in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify underlying customer needs and translate them into shipped products or features.
  • Native or fully proficient English with strong presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences.
  • Established prioritization framework and track record of converting customer input into shipped features.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to challenge engineering decisions and communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience directing discovery through consultants as well as conducting customer research firsthand.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the US and internationally as required.
  • Preferred: blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance product experience, knowledge of FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions, MiCA, digital asset regulation, or regulatory tenders.
