Description

  • Own recruiting activities for two open positions.
  • Screen and filter resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Log candidate profiles and collect interview feedback in the system.
  • Schedule calendar invites for three rounds of interviews with the hiring panel.
  • Assist with document verification and background checks.
  • Prepare and release offer letters for newly appointed employees.
  • Ensure joining formalities and induction are completed according to training requirements.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed graduation, or enrolled in an MBA program in HR Management.
  • Ability to communicate transparently about uncomfortable and difficult topics.
  • Ability to learn quickly and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations.
  • Prior recruitment experience, either as an intern or in a full-time role, is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to problem statements is preferred.
  • Understanding of human psychology is preferred.
  • Growth mindset during interactions is preferred.
  • Leadership and people skills are preferred.
