Description

  • Assist in designing, building, and maintaining features across the Aedeon frontend using React and Next.js.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into shipped features.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Support end-to-end feature ownership from development through deployment and post-release validation.
  • Break down tasks against sprint timelines and flag blockers early.
  • Shadow coordination with DevOps and QA to support clean, repeatable releases.
  • Write test cases before code and help create functional, edge-case, and regression tests.
  • Submit clear pull requests and write well-documented code.
  • Document features, test plans, and decisions in Confluence or equivalent tools.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; final-year students are welcome.
  • Working knowledge of React.js fundamentals, including components, state, and hooks.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript basics.
  • Some exposure to Next.js, Git, and modern frontend tooling is a plus.
  • No prior professional experience is required; personal projects, coursework, or hackathon work are accepted.
  • Curiosity about how production software ships, not just how it is coded.
  • Comfort with asking for feedback and iterating quickly.
  • Genuine interest in testing discipline and quality.
  • Exposure to AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, or Cognito is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or another automated testing framework is preferred.
  • A GitHub profile or portfolio showing projects built is preferred.
