Description

  • Deliver customer projects on schedule with high customer satisfaction while meeting budget and work-effort targets.
  • Plan projects during the sales phase to align delivery approach, scope, effort estimation, and resourcing needs.
  • Coordinate with Solution Architects, Sales, and Services leadership to confirm solution definition, project budget, and resource availability.
  • Secure consulting, product development, and subcontracted resources needed for project delivery.
  • Establish project working practices, meeting cadences, communication channels, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Assign tasks to project team members and external stakeholders, then track completion and follow-through.
  • Maintain strong communication and transparency with the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage scope changes by analyzing schedule and cost impact and ensuring approvals are obtained.
  • Resolve deviations from project goals and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive projects to completion, secure customer acceptance of deliverables, and support transition to service management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in project management with the ability to balance competing priorities, manage resources, and keep work on time and on budget.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs into clear plans and actions.
  • Previous experience in service and change management is highly valued.
  • Proven presales experience with a value-driven approach.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to learn M-Files solutions and technologies quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to projects across different industries, scopes, and delivery contexts.
  • Must already hold valid UK residency and work authorization; relocation support is not available.
