Description

  • Lead and manage a consulting team of 8 to 15 consultants to deliver quality M-Files solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve billable utilization, employee satisfaction, and growth targets for the consulting unit.
  • Own on-time and on-budget project delivery, including tracking service delivery data and ensuring quick time to value.
  • Handle customer escalations and support customer calls during sales and delivery activities.
  • Partner with Sales on bidding activities, including ownership of Statements of Work and Level of Effort estimates.
  • Manage unit operations such as recruitment, resourcing, bookings, billing, vacation planning, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Mentor, support, and appraise team members while driving wellbeing, onboarding, development, and competence growth.
  • Collaborate with Services, Global Services, Customer Success, Product Development, and Sales to improve offerings and capture market feedback.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to improve team efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
  • Develop service quality, processes, and scalable consulting offerings within the Services organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Strong team leadership capability with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience carrying accountability for project delivery and financial success.
  • Robust professional experience and knowledge of information systems used by customers.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Prior M-Files experience or product knowledge is valued.
  • Must already be located in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, or the UK.
  • Must have a valid work permit for the country of employment.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
