Description

  • Own regional pipeline generation and growth strategy for Germany and Austria.
  • Drive demand generation programs in collaboration with Sales, SDRs, BDRs, and Sales Leaders.
  • Localize and adapt global campaigns, messaging, and assets for the DACH market.
  • Manage a regional digital marketing agency and oversee paid search and paid social programs.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing activities with strategic partners and Partner Marketing Managers.
  • Develop outreach and follow-up plays with SDRs to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Support Sales Leaders and Account Executives with tailored content, micro-campaigns, and account-specific tactics to accelerate deals.
  • Provide data-driven reporting on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and future investment priorities.
  • Strengthen regional brand presence through local content, customer stories, and in-market communications.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of regional events such as trade shows, webinars, roadshows, hosted events, and PPL programs.

Requirements

  • Native-level German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and influencing revenue through integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of the German and Austrian markets.
  • Preferred experience targeting IT and business decision makers at manufacturing and/or professional services enterprises.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, or similar tools.
  • Collaborative communication style and ability to work closely with Sales, SDRs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
  • Must be based in Germany; relocation sponsorship is not provided.
