Description

  • Work directly with the Head of Data & AI and company leaders to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
  • Design, build, scale, and maintain end-to-end data and technology systems.
  • Redesign inefficient business processes and automate manual workflows.
  • Develop data ingestion, pipelines, warehouses, semantic layers, dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered applications.
  • Integrate new data sources through APIs and other methods.
  • Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data architectures.
  • Create data models and semantic layers using dbt.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical solutions using tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
  • Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve production systems.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and documented solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and personal ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and move projects forward with incomplete information.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries.
  • Strong experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, and modern data architectures.
  • Advanced Python skills for scripting, automation, API integrations, and data processing.
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions.
  • Experience developing AI-powered solutions in real business or production environments, or integrating LLM and machine learning services into applications, workflows, or internal tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
  • Preferred: experience architecting, integrating, evaluating, monitoring, and improving production AI systems.
