Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and create a positive first impression.
  • Handle 50-100 inbound calls per day with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Answer client questions, provide guidance, and support intake conversations.
  • Schedule appointments and formal consultations with attorneys.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on appointment setting and follow-up.
  • Manage the client journey to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry through consultation.
  • Represent the firm with warmth, empathy, and clear communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Reliable laptop or PC for remote work.
  • High-quality headset for remote work.
  • High-speed internet with a backup connection.
  • Ability to work in a remote position.
  • Sales experience should be clearly reflected on the resume.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
