Description

  • Support clinicians via live chat, phone, and online training channels.
  • Own support queries from first contact through to resolution.
  • De-escalate frustrated customers and turn difficult interactions into positive experiences.
  • Identify when issues need escalation and route them to the appropriate team member or channel.
  • Share tips, guidance, and best practices to help clinicians get more value from the product.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for clinicians.
  • Spot recurring pain points and advocate for product and process improvements.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

Requirements

  • A genuine customer service mindset and the ability to tailor responses from the clinician’s perspective.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, honest, and warm style.
  • A track record of following through and taking ownership of commitments.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a bias toward ownership rather than hand-offs.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and workflows quickly and explain them simply.
  • Experience in a health tech, SaaS, or clinical environment (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with support tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms (nice to have).
  • Experience delivering training or running onboarding sessions for end users (nice to have).
  • Background working directly with clinical or allied health professionals (nice to have).
