Description

  • Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients, group sessions, and Psych Urgent Care appointments with 14 bookable calendar spots.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group skills training using time-limited, evidence-based treatment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop stabilization plans for urgent-care clients.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train vIOP ASW therapists.
  • Provide clinical quality oversight, mentoring, and clinical and administrative supervision.
  • Review therapist performance, productivity, clinical quality, treatment-model adherence, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Lead clinical one-on-ones, consultation meetings, multidisciplinary meetings, and case consultations.
  • Ensure care is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives, specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Provide clinical coverage for individual and group sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work from an accredited program and current unrestricted California LCSW license.
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
  • At least 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience.
  • Experience in high-acuity settings such as IOP, PHP, or residential care.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising or training clinicians in evidence-based therapies.
  • Experience with administrative management and supervision of ASW therapists.
  • Expertise treating severe, co-occurring diagnoses and high-risk presentations.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, or TF-CBT.
  • Experience providing brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement-based care.
  • Experience with video therapy and supervising clinical sessions delivered through videoconferencing.
  • Commitment to cultural humility and culturally responsive care.
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday; Saturday availability may be needed.
  • Full-time U.S. residency and strong interpersonal, communication, and technology skills.
