Description

  • Lead and mentor the member marketing team while fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and empathy.
  • Develop and execute paid and organic acquisition strategies to meet aggressive growth goals.
  • Direct the member lifecycle team to improve onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with external digital partners and platforms.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Content, and Digital teams to align marketing with business objectives and the member experience.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to refine channel mix, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end member journey from initial awareness through long-term lifecycle engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally in healthcare, health-tech, or B2B2C.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, content marketing, and organic growth channels.
  • Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience driving healthcare consumer acquisition through health plan and provider referral channels (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and marketing in a regulated environment (preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze and CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred).
  • Passion for mental health and transforming the healthcare landscape (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $134,000 to $184,000 per year.
