Description

  • Support allocation of work across local provider subsidiaries, partners, clinical consultants, direct affiliate networks, and other operational teams.
  • Handle data capture, data checking, case and event follow-up, and customer satisfaction feedback administration.
  • Manage shared mailboxes and professional correspondence with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Support operational management and SLA adherence for service portfolios through administrative coordination.
  • Assist with technology tool setup for selective projects as needed.
  • Process financial documents and data accurately and on time for provider payments, customer billing, and in-contract allocations.
  • Escalate clinical enquiries, clinical risks, complaints, and service concerns to the appropriate consultants and management teams.
  • Carry out additional administrative duties as business needs change.

Requirements

  • South African Matric is required.
  • An additional diploma or degree is advantageous.
  • 2+ years of experience in an EAP administrative role is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative work across multiple stakeholders.
  • This is a remote role based in South Africa.
  • Must have a suitable remote workspace with reliable backup power and strong, stable Wi‑Fi.
  • A smartphone is required to access essential work applications.
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
  • Must be available for rotational weekend on-call duties approximately every 3–5 weeks.
  • Must be flexible to attend meetings outside standard local working hours to support global teams and clients.
