Description

  • Define and evolve workplace strategy across offices and hybrid work setups.
  • Align office operations with company growth and business priorities.
  • Own budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Measure and improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Analyze office needs, usage patterns, and workplace data.
  • Evaluate workplace tools such as desk booking, attendance tracking, and travel management systems.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in current administrative processes.
  • Own end-to-end office operations across locations.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Oversee travel operations and support company-wide mobility needs.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes and tools.
  • Partner with IT, Security, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for office-related topics.
  • Support leadership with data, analysis, and operational insights.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing admin team.
  • Set goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Create a culture of ownership, trust, and accountability.
  • Ensure team engagement and continuous development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Administration or Operations, including leadership experience.
  • Proven experience managing office operations at scale, with multi-location experience as a plus.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Fluent English for cross-team communication.
  • Experience in tech or product companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with workplace tools such as desk booking, attendance, and travel systems is preferred.
  • Experience building or scaling hybrid work environments is preferred.
  • Background in compliance, policies, or workplace standards is preferred.
