Description

  • Partner with Sales to execute a high-quality onboarding handoff at contract signature and coordinate transition to ongoing account management with Customer Success Managers.
  • Manage, execute, and troubleshoot technical launch operations required to successfully implement Lyra for new clients.
  • Create, maintain, and improve launch-related tools, systems, and documentation.
  • Track launch readiness, drive internal teams to deadlines, and evaluate launch success in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional communications, questions, and issues related to launch operations.
  • Liaise across teams to resolve implementation issues and remove blockers.
  • Lead customer-facing calls to support on-time launches.
  • Support senior team members in designing SOPs and repeatable processes that help the implementation function scale.
  • Help evolve the implementation process for new business lines, new products, and complex customer needs by establishing scalable best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Implementation, Operations, or Customer Success preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on quickly gaining trust.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work across cross-functional teams while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Asana preferred.
  • Deep passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape.
