Description

Serve as the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Israel services.
Provide counselling and clinical case management in a professional and respectful manner.
Capture and maintain accurate clinical information in the case management database.
Follow clinical protocols, standards, and procedures set by the Clinical and Operations Manager.
Follow operational standards established by the Clinical and Operations Manager.
Deliver services within the caller’s entitlement and care pathway.
Manage service users’ cases to ensure effective, professional care is provided.
Work within a shift-based model that will evolve as operations expand to 24-hour coverage.

Requirements

Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or Social Work is essential.
Registration with the relevant professional body in Israel is required.
Minimum of 2 years of post-master’s work experience is required.
Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework and manage cases.
Background and working experience in the EAP field is preferred.
Computer literacy and the ability to type quickly are required.
Bilingual English and Hebrew is an asset.
Ability to counsel in Arabic is a benefit.
Ability to effectively combine clinical and EAP focus.
Good telephone manner and ability to provide telephonic therapy.
Strong clinical understanding and ability to manage risk.
Good time management, teamwork, and ability to work well under pressure.
Business and commercial awareness is required.
