Description

  • Provide in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues.
  • Manage crises and assess/ensure client safety during after-hours contacts.
  • Connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities.
  • Support clients exclusively by phone and email rather than through in-person services or therapy.
  • Offer actionable feedback to internal teams to improve care processes and protocols.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving tools, workflows, and protocols in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help build/refine care operations as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or an equivalent field, or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN).
  • Active independent clinical licensure is required (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent); candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services independently will not be considered, except for RN candidates.
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
  • EAP or clinical call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in psychiatric intake, assessment, or related behavioral health work is preferred for RN candidates.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work the required overnight schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 5:30 PM–2:00 AM PST (6:30 PM–3:00 AM MST / 7:30 PM–4:00 AM CST / 8:30 PM–5:00 AM EST).
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States and able to work only from within the United States.
  • Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
