Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Support customer interactions and represent Carvana in driveway deliveries and local community engagement.
  • Follow operational processes related to DMV/title and registration access requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and activities as needed, which may change over time.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work shifts from 11am to 9pm and be available 7 days a week, with rotating days off.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours and perform movements such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days, with process sponsored by Carvana.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks; California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration system access.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler.
  • Candidates with disabilities may be granted reasonable accommodations to perform essential functions.
