Description

  • Manage crisis situations and provide in-the-moment telephone support to clients with complex behavioral health issues.
  • Ensure client safety during high-risk clinical situations and connect clients to appropriate care.
  • Coordinate referrals to high-quality, evidence-based providers and facilities.
  • Support clients exclusively by phone and email rather than providing in-person services or therapy.
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to help improve tools, protocols, and care processes.
  • Adapt quickly to new protocols and changing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help build and refine care operations as the company grows.
  • Work collaboratively within dynamic teams and think critically about the care model.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN).
  • Active independent clinical licensure is required (for example, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC); supervised hours toward licensure are not provided.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience.
  • Experience with EAP or a clinical call center is preferred.
  • Experience in psychiatric intake, assessment, or related nursing/clinical work is preferred.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
  • Must be bilingual and Spanish-speaking.
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States and able to work only from within the U.S.
  • Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 5:30 PM–2:00 AM PST (6:30 PM–3:00 AM MST / 7:30 PM–4:00 AM CST / 8:30 PM–5:00 AM EST).
  • Comfort with adopting new technology platforms and working in a changing environment is important.
