Description

  • Manage client crises using evidence-based interventions, including brief risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation.
  • Provide in-the-moment phone support to clients with complex behavioral health needs.
  • Identify barriers to clinical care options and help connect clients to the most appropriate treatment based on their needs and preferences.
  • Use Lyra’s proprietary software and other tools to support care navigation and treatment matching.
  • Independently manage a caseload of complex, multi-need clients.
  • Ensure client safety and support timely connection to treatment and higher levels of care when needed.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in clinical social work or equivalent, with LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure required (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC), or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN).
  • Candidates without a state license to deliver mental health services independently will not be considered, except for RN applicants.
  • 2+ years of psychiatric intake, assessment, or related experience.
  • Experience with EAP or clinical call center work preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
  • Significant experience managing high-risk clinical situations such as suicidality and mandated reporting.
  • Must be a full-time resident of the United States and able to work remotely only from within the U.S.
  • Must be available to work one of the required shifts: Tuesday–Saturday 9:30am–6pm PST or Sunday–Thursday 9:30am–6pm PT.
  • Comfort with adopting new technology platforms and working in a fully remote/virtual environment.
