Description

  • Develop and publish a documented social strategy within the first 90 days, including channel priorities, content pillars, cadence, and voice guidelines.
  • Set and own quarterly social-sourced pipeline targets with Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Build reporting that connects social activity to pipeline and business results.
  • Grow share of voice through follower growth, reach, impressions, CEO thought leadership, and Reddit presence.
  • Manage community health, including engagement rate, response time, sentiment, and performance benchmarks.
  • Make social a dependable contributor to initiatives such as newsletters, video distribution, and webinar promotion.
  • Monitor Reddit threads and comment sections, deciding when to engage, escalate, or protect the brand.
  • Coordinate social campaigns and initiatives with Content, Demand Generation, Sales, leadership, and other marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media or community management.
  • At least 2 years owning social strategy rather than executing an existing content calendar.
  • Deep platform knowledge across LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Ability to analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Strong brand voice and messaging discipline, including in fast-moving communities such as Reddit.
  • Hands-on content creation or art direction experience, including briefing designers and videographers.
  • Strategic ownership, proactive opportunity identification, and strong judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to maintain a high quality bar while producing content at scale.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to anticipate platform changes and cultural moments.
