Description

  • Own annual and long-term planning for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across revenue, staffing, and resourcing.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Analytics to align go-to-market spend and targets with the financial plan.
  • Build and maintain unit economics and GTM efficiency models, including CAC, LTV, payback, and capacity and productivity analysis.
  • Query the data warehouse directly to build datasets, validate numbers, and answer mixed financial and operational questions.
  • Automate recurring GTM reporting to improve the speed from data to decision.
  • Forecast the business and model ongoing investment decisions for go-to-market functions.
  • Recommend where go-to-market spend should be allocated based on analysis.
  • Combine financial and operational data to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience spanning both a data or analytics role and a finance or FP&A role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Hands-on experience with go-to-market or SaaS metrics, including pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, and sales efficiency.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and comfort working directly in a data warehouse to build and validate datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both data and finance, with comfort moving between SQL queries and financial models.
  • Curiosity about go-to-market motions and how sales and marketing drive growth.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership of accuracy and deadlines.
  • AI-forward approach with an interest in automating and improving workflows.
