Description

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, AppLovin, and AdRoll.
  • Manage and scale paid media budgets efficiently while improving CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
  • Run structured A/B tests across copy, creatives, offers, audiences, and funnels to improve campaign performance.
  • Adjust bidding strategies and campaign structure based on performance data and scaling opportunities.
  • Improve landing pages, checkout flows, and subscription funnels to increase conversion rates.
  • Recommend pricing tests, bundling experiments, and offer adjustments to improve funnel performance.
  • Partner with the Creative Director, product, and leadership to support acquisition and creative testing strategy.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform ad policies and healthcare-related advertising restrictions.
  • Build and own lifecycle marketing automations for SMS, email, abandoned cart, post-purchase, retention, and win-back flows.
  • Build reporting dashboards, improve attribution clarity, and use data to guide budget allocation decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, AppLovin, and AdRoll.
  • Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or other regulated products preferred.
  • Experience with subscription-based businesses strongly preferred.
  • Strong CRO mindset and experience improving landing pages and funnels.
  • Experience building SMS and email lifecycle automations.
  • Understanding of advertising restrictions, medical claims, disclaimers, and platform policy compliance.
  • Comfort operating in a startup environment with high ownership and limited hand-holding.
  • Professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Preferred experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, or similar lifecycle platforms.
  • Preferred candidates are based in the U.S., Europe, or South America.
