Description

  • QA landing pages and catch issues before they go live.
  • Write clear, complete Linear tickets with full context for engineering.
  • Coordinate tasks across marketing, engineering, designers, copywriters, and the ad agency.
  • Maintain organized documentation and Figma folders.
  • Track team workload, project status, and upcoming priorities.
  • Create to-do lists and keep work moving through follow-up when direction is clear.
  • Announce deployments and changes in public channels proactively.
  • Own requirements by answering engineering questions quickly or escalating them as needed.
  • Support marketing execution by understanding pricing, compliance, and how pages connect to campaigns.
  • Prioritize urgent issues and propose solutions instead of only relaying problems.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction.
  • Ability to make judgment calls on priority and severity.
  • Professional-level English communication.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Application submission in English with a resume reflecting relevant experience.
  • Landing page QA and A/B testing experience is preferred.
  • Figma experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare or telehealth experience is preferred.
