Description

  • Design and implement AI-driven QA workflows to review marketing copy for grammar, brand voice consistency, and formatting before launch.
  • Manage the marketing backlog and coordinate staging, testing, and deployment of campaign assets across digital channels.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, and LLM APIs to streamline repetitive marketing tasks.
  • Generate and manage copy variations, weekly newsletter formatting, and campaign performance data parsing through automated workflows.
  • Act as the internal champion for marketing AI tools and maintain a library of effective prompts for the team.
  • Cross-check outbound marketing materials against healthcare advertising guidelines to ensure compliance and regulatory safety.
  • Establish and maintain review processes, A/B test tracking, and pre-flight checklists for campaigns.
  • Test tracking links, pixels, and UTM parameters across marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, QA, or digital campaign coordination.
  • Proven ability to build multi-step automated pipelines using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
  • Direct experience integrating workflows with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering for brand-safe, highly specific marketing outputs and QA audits.
  • Strong technical knowledge of marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Meta Ads, or Google Ads.
  • Experience testing complex tracking pixels and UTM parameters.
  • Ability to work as an AI-first operator who uses automation to solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Professional proficiency in English for technical documentation and collaboration.
  • Availability to work a synchronous schedule with the core team from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to work from an approved location and availability to work U.S. business hours.
