Description

  • Prepare for, contribute to, and lead implementation design sessions for Supply Chain Management processes.
  • Rapidly configure, test, and help train client SMEs on Dynamics 365 FSC areas.
  • Identify functional gaps and conflicts in requirements and drive them toward workable solutions.
  • Document functional design requirements in Functional Design Documents and discuss feasibility with technical team members.
  • Coordinate with technical staff on application build, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Assist with or lead planning and execution of data conversion activities.
  • Drive test planning and test execution for client implementations.
  • Work closely with project and program managers to manage scope and assigned workstreams.
  • Use business process knowledge and operations consulting skills to analyze issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support implementation and enhancement work across procurement, sales, product, inventory, warehouse, and transportation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology-related field.
  • 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O/FSC implementation experience.
  • Experience with at least 3 full end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Experience participating in requirements-gathering processes for IT systems.
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
  • Senior-level oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead people, teams, and workstreams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Visio.
  • Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.
  • Master’s degree in business or technology is preferred.
  • Dynamics 365 certifications in F&O/FSC or CE/FS are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Production Control, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management & Accounting is preferred.
  • Experience with Project Management & Accounting (PMA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Production Control, Master Planning, and Engineering Change Management (ECN) is desirable.
