Description

Manage purchase orders for construction projects.
Create and evaluate RFQs from contractors and suppliers.
Support sourcing and procurement decisions for construction materials, equipment, and services.
Onboard and develop new suppliers and contractors.
Track supplier performance and delivery timelines to help avoid project delays.
Work with engineering, project managers, cost controls, contractors, and finance to resolve procurement issues.
Support change orders, RFIs, contract reviews, and project closeout activities.
Analyze data and report project spending and procurement status.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Coupa.
Ability to organize and analyze data in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving skills and follow-through.
Ability to produce clear and concise written and verbal communications.
Internship or co-op experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment (preferred).
Exposure to the PO lifecycle and supplier communications (preferred).
Basic ERP and Excel proficiency (preferred).
Construction or technical experience (preferred).
