Description

  • Manage assigned delivery pipelines and coordinate delivery readiness with Sales Specialists.
  • Conduct pre-delivery conversations to confirm details and set customer expectations.
  • Guide customers through vehicle features and functions during delivery appointments in person, virtually, or offsite.
  • Handle post-delivery follow-up to answer customer questions and support satisfaction.
  • Manage lease-end customer pipelines, schedule grounding appointments, and complete vehicle intake.
  • Represent Lucid’s product, design, and quality advantages during customer interactions.
  • Document delivery activity, ceremony details, and specifications in Salesforce.
  • Prepare, stage, and quality-check vehicles before customer handoff.
  • Complete required paperwork, collect documents, and log delivery or return records.
  • Coordinate final-mile transport and support daily operational needs as required.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and work comfortably in ambiguity.
  • Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
  • Comfort using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related discipline.
  • Strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to engage customers authentically and tailor interactions to their needs.
  • Available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
  • Ability to travel locally and overnight on occasion.
  • Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
