Description

  • Oversee a team of Customer Care Specialists and ensure they meet team metrics.
  • Provide on-the-spot guidance for questions, escalations, and case handling.
  • Coach the team on supporting customers through phone calls, chats, and tickets.
  • Determine when roadside assistance is needed for customer issues.
  • Work with the Customer Care Manager to improve processes, metrics, training, and team comprehension.
  • Resolve customer cases and escalations while coordinating with internal departments as needed.
  • Advocate for customers by identifying product, service, and process improvements based on requests and reported bugs.
  • Model product expertise and educate Lucid vehicle owners on vehicle operation, equipment, and concerns.
  • Guide customers and mechanics through the app and website using technical aptitude.
  • Help develop and maintain team processes and scripts on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends or a flexible schedule, including 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM ET.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.
  • Experience building workflows, processes, and scripts.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and common sense.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Understanding of mechanical and cosmetic repair times, skills, and cost management.
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong verbal and written Canadian French and Arabic skills.
  • College degree required.
  • Start-up experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the automotive sector, including electric vehicles, is preferred.
