Description

  • Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies and public relations plans for major announcements, results, launches, and business priorities.
  • Manage high-quality content across internal, external, executive, and digital channels.
  • Draft executive speeches, media messaging, briefing documents, presentations, and thought leadership content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international media and identify opportunities to strengthen corporate reputation.
  • Lead communications planning and delivery for complex, high-profile, cross-functional projects.
  • Support crisis and issues management with holding statements, executive messaging, and media responses.
  • Measure communications effectiveness and improve strategies, channels, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage communications operations including procurement, budgeting, legal requests, and fulfilment.
  • Advise senior leaders and coordinate with the HQ communications team and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline; master’s degree is advantageous.
  • 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a communications agency environment.
  • Experience in automotive and mobility is advantageous.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to produce high-quality communications under pressure.
  • Experience developing content for internal, external, and digital communications channels.
  • Experience supporting media relations, executive communications, and corporate communications initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide communications advice across the business.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
