Description

  • Develop and tailor product marketing plans with country/region-specific targeting, value propositions, key messaging, competitive analysis, ICP targeting, and sales enablement to impact revenue growth in North America.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, marketing, and commercial strategy teams to define positioning, go-to-market strategy, and buyer experience.
  • Produce sales and enablement collateral such as fact sheets, sales slides, videos, discovery questions, talk points, and email templates to support the sales process.
  • Conduct and synthesize customer and competitive research, produce competitive intelligence reports, and create/update battlecards.
  • Own product launch execution for key products and identify and drive product-led growth opportunities.
  • Lead and manage product marketing and campaign projects end-to-end from scoping and planning through drafting, review, revision, and delivery.
  • Participate in Voice of Customer interviews, analyze findings, and translate insights into improvements across sales, messaging, PR, and marketing collateral.
  • Evaluate and refine product descriptions, feature articulation, value propositions, and differentiators across channels and buyer personas to ensure market resonance.
  • Develop client case studies and lead submission of award applications to showcase customer success and LRN’s innovation and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience conducting competitive landscape and customer research and synthesizing findings into actionable materials.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working directly with external clients to co-develop marketing assets, case studies, and award submissions.
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, and Parmonic.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working autonomously, and contributing creative solutions in evolving or undefined areas; based in the United States (remote).
