Description

  • Build and expand relationships with North American logistics and backend operations partners, including 3PLs, WMS providers, carriers, and ERPs.
  • Manage a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities and support complex sales cycles with go-to-market leadership and Account Executive teams.
  • Create and execute joint business plans with partners to drive shared go-to-market strategies and pipeline growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success to develop repeatable go-to-market playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events to strengthen Loop’s brand awareness in the logistics ecosystem.
  • Partner with Product to identify and evaluate high-value product opportunities with key partners.
  • Develop partner-specific growth plans and points of view for achieving Loop’s objectives with each key partner.
  • Support negotiation of commercial agreements for new and existing partnerships.
  • Coordinate with a global partner team across Logistics, Agency, and Tech to maximize product and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Travel regularly to meet ecosystem partners in person as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of channel or logistics-related experience in a client-facing demand generation role.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets, owning and forecasting a pipeline, and creating go-to-market playbooks.
  • Experience building and growing mutually beneficial business relationships and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the North American D2C e-commerce logistics and backend operations market.
  • Existing relationships across 3PLs, WMS providers, carriers, ERPs, and similar partners.
  • Resourceful operator who can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Knowledge of how 3PLs and logistics-related businesses operate, including current and emerging practices, trends, and technology.
  • Strong strategic agility and ability to anticipate relationship and decision-making dynamics.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills with the ability to build consensus in challenging situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to stay diplomatic in difficult or stressful situations.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed, approximately 25%.
  • Ability to work both as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

  • Base salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
  • 35% commission target with an OTE range of $108,000 to $162,000.
