Description

  • Own the product roadmap for AI-powered transaction management capabilities.
  • Define, prioritize, and sequence features across the innovation roadmap.
  • Work directly with brokerages, agents, and transaction coordinators to uncover customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Partner with AI engineering to turn prototypes into validated products.
  • Write product specifications, define success metrics, run pilots, and iterate based on usage data.
  • Design experiments to validate product-market fit for new AI capabilities.
  • Track adoption and measure product impact to guide future development.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams across transaction management, forms, and e-signature to ensure clean integration.
  • Develop fluency in the compliance requirements that affect real estate transactions.
  • Represent customer needs inside the Innovation team and ensure solutions fit real workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management or related experience owning a product area end-to-end.
  • Experience writing specs, prioritizing backlogs, shipping features, and measuring outcomes.
  • 0-to-1 or early-stage product experience at a startup, incubation team, or new product line.
  • Technical fluency in AI capabilities, especially document understanding, natural language processing, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to have credible technical conversations with engineers and translate capabilities into product requirements.
  • Strong customer-facing experience conducting discovery interviews and synthesizing feedback.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS customers is valuable.
  • Analytical rigor with comfort using data analysis and quantitative evidence to make decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for clear documentation.
  • Experience in real estate technology, proptech, or adjacent vertical SaaS markets (nice to have).
  • Background in document management, document intelligence, or forms/e-signature products (nice to have).
  • Experience with AI/ML product development, particularly document understanding, NLP, or compliance automation (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive industries such as real estate, financial services, or legal (nice to have).
  • Experience in transaction management or workflow automation products (nice to have).
  • Agile product delivery experience with engineering teams (nice to have).
