Description

  • Define and improve Product’s role in the software development lifecycle, including discovery, PRDs, prioritization, and acceptance.
  • Partner with Engineering to improve handoffs, shared definitions, capacity visibility, and delivery tracking.
  • Lead AI adoption across the Product team and measure productivity gains from AI-enabled workflows.
  • Run Product planning cycles, goal-setting processes, and monthly Product Line Reviews.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on launch readiness, release notes, and roadmap communications.
  • Provide Operations and Enablement teams with product knowledge, release information, and field content.
  • Ensure customer feedback from support, sales, customer calls, and Deal Desk informs product prioritization.
  • Own product analytics for usage, adoption, retention, and product health, delivering insights to internal teams.
  • Manage the Product tool stack, data hygiene, playbooks, and reporting automation across product lines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product operations, product management, technical program management, or product-focused consulting within B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience at a senior or director level.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a product operations function in a growing SaaS business.
  • Ability to provide examples of product operations functions or systems previously built.
  • Fluency with AI tools and the ability to design, instrument, and improve AI-enabled workflows.
  • Strong data skills, including defining SaaS product metrics, building dashboards, and turning analysis into recommendations.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Lovable, Anthropic, OpenAI, Gainsight, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS, private-equity-backed companies, or multi-product portfolios is preferred.
