Description

  • Prepare month-end reconciliations and supporting schedules.
  • Support month-end close processes and ensure adherence to internal timelines.
  • Liaise with international entities to support consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate weekly consolidated cash forecasting and assist with commentary.
  • Review vendor invoices and assist with weekly accounts payable oversight.
  • Coordinate corporate tax letters and payments with assistance from tax advisors.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in general accounting or full-cycle accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Highest level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SaaS companies (preferred).
  • Knowledge of US GAAP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting systems (preferred).
  • Actively pursuing CPA designation (preferred).
