Description

  • Own and produce external content across case studies, web pages, landing pages, sales emails, offers, social posts, thought leadership, and campaign narratives.
  • Translate technical wins in GenAI, agentic systems, cloud migrations, and regulated-industry deployments into accurate, audience-ready writing.
  • Develop a working understanding of Loka’s offerings, audiences, and positioning to write independently.
  • Interview engineers, SMEs, AWS partners, and clients, then turn those conversations into persuasive content.
  • Shape editorial and content strategy within your domain, including what to say, to whom, and through which channels.
  • Propose content ideas, angles, and campaigns aligned to business priorities such as AWS co-sell, regulated industries, and production AI.
  • Defend editorial choices with clear reasoning based on audience and objective.
  • Maintain Loka’s brand voice and quality standards across all formats and channels.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate drafting, research, editing, and repurposing while applying human judgment.
  • Self-edit work before handoff and deliver content ready to ship.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content, communications, editorial, or marketing writing roles, ideally in services, consulting, or B2B technology.
  • A background in engineering, cloud, software, services, or B2B tech; engineering background is the strongest plus.
  • Experience writing credibly about technical topics such as AI, cloud, data, or software for technical and business audiences.
  • Exceptional writing skills across long-form, short-form, email, and sales assets.
  • Strong editorial judgment, including taste, audience calibration, and knowing when work is ready to ship.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities.
  • Deep curiosity about AI-enabled content workflows and good judgment about their limitations.
  • Based in the United States with eligibility to work in the US.
  • Experience at a cloud, AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B services company is preferred.
