Description

  • Support content strategy across website redesigns and builds from discovery through launch.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative content audits and recommend content actions.
  • Organize, inventory, and document large volumes of website content.
  • Manage content review and approval workflows using Bynder Content Workflow and other tools.
  • Build and maintain detailed content tracking spreadsheets.
  • Develop page outlines, content models, information architecture recommendations, and wireframe content.
  • Enter, migrate, format, and QA content in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and Sitecore.
  • Write and edit digital content as needed, applying UX writing, accessibility, SEO, and brand best practices.
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, project managers, and clients throughout projects.
  • Improve content processes, documentation, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content, content strategy, content operations, UX/content design, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting complex website redesigns, migrations, or builds.
  • Experience conducting content audits, inventories, or large-scale content analysis.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and large, detailed content trackers.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including presenting recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, UX, and web content best practices.
  • Agency or client-services experience preferred.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new platforms, workflows, and technologies.
  • Interest in emerging AI tools and their applications to digital content work.
