Description

  • Configure and deploy Kalepa’s AI platform for new clients using platform, insurance, and client business knowledge.
  • Drive initial client setup and configuration to achieve expected outcomes and transition clients to a best-practice operating model.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep implementations on track and on time.
  • Triage, investigate, and communicate client-reported issues and feedback clearly.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous implementations by prioritizing work and switching contexts effectively.
  • Continuously improve delivery efficiency through scalable processes, documentation, and methodologies.
  • Evaluate how internal tools and external workflows should evolve as the client base grows.
  • Develop scalable processes, pre-configured templates, and improved implementation methodologies.
  • Own client-facing implementation documentation, including guides, specifications, and training materials.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms.
  • Technical proficiency with complex enterprise technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, validation, and transformation.
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • History of providing a superior client experience in Insurance Tech or related software deployments.
  • [Bonus] Previous experience in insurance or financial technology software implementations.
