Description

  • Audit platforms for misconfiguration, underutilized features, and inconsistent usage and implement best-practice configurations.
  • Define and document “how we use this tool” standards, eliminate ad hoc workflows, and maintain tech standards and onboarding materials.
  • Own analytics, measurement, and data integrity across GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and attribution/reporting standards, including naming conventions, event tagging, and dashboard consistency.
  • Design and implement integrated workflows and platform integrations (e.g., HubSpot ↔ ClickUp, Airtable ↔ reporting) to reduce spreadsheet sprawl, manual handoffs, and duplicate work.
  • Leverage automation (AirOps) to scale operations, reduce manual labor, and increase capacity.
  • Define adoption expectations by role (Sales, Delivery, Ops, Finance), build and deliver training/onboarding, measure usage, and enforce accountability with leadership.
  • Own and optimize SEO/outreach tooling (Pitchbox), standardize prospecting/outreach sequencing and templates, and integrate SEMrush/Ahrefs into SEO workflows.
  • Translate technology adoption into measurable labor savings, capacity gains, and margin improvements and quantify ROI by platform for executive and ops leadership.
  • Deliver 30/60/90-day onboarding outcomes: complete tech audit and inventory, publish standardized documentation and training materials, and launch optimized stack, live reporting, and ROI tracking.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in digital agencies, SaaS-enabled services, or high-growth operations roles.
  • Strong operational and financial literacy with proven ability to translate tech into labor efficiency and margin impact.
  • Proven track record of driving adoption and enforcing platform standards across cross-functional teams.
  • Systems thinker with operational rigor, ownership mentality, accountability, and strong critical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Analytics, or Operations (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM) and ClickUp (project management) and ownership of platform configuration and integrations.
  • Experience with analytics and tagging tools: GA4, GTM, GSC, Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics and standards for attribution/reporting.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Pitchbox, AirOps (automation), Google Workspace; QuickBooks familiarity is helpful.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Delivery, Finance, Executive Leadership and occasional client-facing escalation/strategic work.
