Description

  • Own and continuously optimize Asana for creative workflows, including structure, templates, automations, and dashboards.
  • Build and refine task intake processes to ensure briefs are clear, complete, and assigned on time.
  • Track creative deliverables across briefing, development, revisions, and final delivery stages.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Performance, and Account teams to maintain visibility, alignment, and accountability.
  • Support the Creative Director with prioritization and resource allocation based on capacity and urgency.
  • Facilitate communication of status updates, changes, blockers, and handoffs across teams.
  • Review deliverables for completeness, brief alignment, and readiness before final delivery.
  • Maintain documentation of feedback cycles, asset versions, delivery timelines, and internal archives.
  • Develop and maintain creative performance dashboards and tracking systems.
  • Prepare post-project recap reports with insights on timelines, resource usage, and revision cycles.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or operations role.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Asana, including custom fields, reporting, automations, and workflow design.
  • Strong process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, organization, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player.
  • Experience building and implementing project management systems for creative teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and terminology such as design specs, copy briefs, and asset delivery is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and their creative requirements is preferred.
