Description

  • Design high-performing landing pages, signup entry points, and activation moments that convert top-of-funnel traffic into trial users.
  • Create production-ready visual assets and specifications in Figma that engineering can implement directly.
  • Develop detailed user flows, edge cases, error states, and logic maps to guide engineering execution.
  • Design tailored user journeys based on visitor intent to reduce anxiety and improve conversion paths.
  • Expand the design system with reusable components and unified design tokens for growth marketing experiences.
  • Apply Product-Led Growth frameworks to create moments that help users reach the product's “aha moment” before signup or subscription.
  • Run qualitative and quantitative research, including usability tests and user session analysis, to inform layout hypotheses.
  • Partner daily with Growth Product Managers, marketers, and copywriters to align messaging, visuals, and conversion experiments.
  • Own projects from interaction definition through production-ready UI without relying on separate UX or visual handoffs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing digital products such as SaaS platforms or apps.
  • Experience with web design and conversion-oriented or marketing-adjacent experiences is ideal.
  • Ability to own a project from interaction definition through production-ready UI independently.
  • SaaS experience with subscription funnels, trial flows, and activation metrics is a strong plus.
  • Experience creating Figma deliverables and detailed implementation-ready design specs.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced growth environment with high experiment velocity.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and copywriting.
  • Applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
