Description

  • Onboard customers by configuring Lodgify accounts and connections and providing system training through phone and screen-sharing calls in English and Spanish.
  • Understand customer objectives and tailor account setup and guidance throughout the customer journey.
  • Provide consultative support to promote effective use of Lodgify’s products.
  • Manage and analyze a customer pipeline to increase product adoption and drive upgrades or upsells.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback about bugs, improvements, and new functionality to the Product team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and other departments to maximize customer value.
  • Maintain ownership of customer relationships after setup and conduct regular follow-ups.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of account management or onboarding experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, or a recent graduate with a relevant degree.
  • Native or near-native English and French proficiency; additional European languages are an asset.
  • Technology-savvy with the ability to learn and understand software products thoroughly.
  • Experience handling negotiations and commercial customer conversations consultatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fast learner who can perform effectively in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Experience in the vacation-rental software industry is preferred.
