Description

  • Provide expert guidance to customers on OTA connection types and their features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform integrations and connectivity.
  • Take ownership of customer cases and guide users through the resolution process.
  • Respond to customer requests via email, phone, chat, and screen-sharing sessions.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear, consultative communication.
  • Collect, report, and escalate customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Support the wider customer service team with general requests when needed.
  • Investigate root causes of integration problems and share feedback to improve the product.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English and French.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting processes and independently handling customer inquiries.
  • Experience conducting live product walkthroughs via calls or screen sharing.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and product updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in tourism or tech is a plus.
  • Experience with OTAs or Channel Managers is a plus.
  • Exposure to a startup environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk and Slack, or similar tools, is a plus.
