Description

  • Own regional sales strategy and execution across APJ, including Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments.
  • Lead and scale a diverse, high-performing sales organization spanning direct and partner-led channels.
  • Build and manage both direct sales engines and indirect partner/channel ecosystems simultaneously.
  • Drive quota attainment and predictable revenue growth, including setting targets, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Implement and enforce data-driven pipeline management and CRM best practices (Salesforce) to improve forecasting and win rates.
  • Articulate product value and ROI to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to win strategic deals.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach sales leaders and individual contributors, fostering an inclusive, performance-oriented culture.
  • Pivot GTM strategies based on competitive market shifts and emerging opportunities to accelerate regional growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in SaaS/Cloud sales.
  • 7–10 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multi-country regions (APJ preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent executive experience highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quotas and scaling regional revenues from mid-eight to nine figures in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep knowledge of conversational AI and the SaaS landscape, with ability to articulate AI-driven value to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expert-level proficiency with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Value Selling) and commitment to data-driven pipeline management via Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience building both direct sales organizations and partner/channel ecosystems.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented leadership mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to building diverse teams.
  • Location: Sydney / Melbourne, Australia (role is remote-first with offices in Sydney and Melbourne).
