Description

  • Perform comprehensive spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and category trends.
  • Lead RFx processes including vendor identification, bid evaluation, and supplier selection.
  • Support negotiation of commercial terms and work with Legal to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Partner with department leaders to assess sourcing needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor vendor performance and lead periodic business reviews to confirm SLA adherence.
  • Track market trends and industry benchmarks to shape sourcing strategy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the procure-to-pay workflow.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to optimize spend and support vendor partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analytics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP or eSourcing tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to present complex data to leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for financial modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPSM or MCIPS is a plus.
